Import Charges
Please note that the customers will always be responsible for paying any import bills they may receive.
EU Orders are sent duty paid, as long as you live within an EU member state you should not have to pay any import taxes for your order.
When importing items to outside of the UK, this will always incur a customs inspection which we always provide the correct paperwork for. We cannot be held responsible for how long it takes your order to pass through customs.
Undelivered Items
In the event that your order cannot be delivered, due to incorrect information or missed deliveries these orders will be returned to us at the courier services discretion. Once your order has been returned to us you will be contacted. Customers are responsible for any additional shipping charges for redelivery.
Returns Policy
We hope you love your product, but if there are issues, you have 14 days from the date you received it to return the product. To be eligible for a return, your product must be unwashed and undamaged.
In the event there is a mistake on our end (you have received the wrong product/wrong size), we will email you a return shipping label. If not, return shipping labels are the customers responsibility.
Once we have received the product and it has gone through inspection, the refund will begin being processed. Please note that this process may take up to 14 days to see it in your account.
